Educator, facilitator, teacher, trainer, coach, consultant, and thought-partner
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that leadership and personal growth aren’t about fixing what’s broken, but rather, about creating the conditions for people to see themselves more clearly and move forward with intention. I’m most at home in conversations that invite introspection, surface insights, and open up new possibilities.
In any type of work I do, one thing remains constant: my commitment to meaningful connection. My approach is grounded, reflective, and practical. I create space for people to slow down, think more clearly, and make choices that are aligned with who they are and what matters most... especially in seasons of growth, transition, or uncertainty. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions; I believe in thoughtful partnership and meeting people where they are.
Whether I’m coaching leaders one-on-one, facilitating thoughtful conversations with leadership teams, delivering leadership development training, or guiding future coaches in their development, I’m energized by helping people find clarity and build agency in their personal and professional lives. I bring more than 20 years of experience across adult education, human resources, and leadership development, along with a deep respect for how complex and human change really is.
I’m the Co-Founder of Moms Rising, a community created to support working mothers as they navigate the many demands of life and work. Through Moms Rising programs and coaching, we create a village where moms learn together, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and move forward with greater confidence and support. This work is deeply informed by my doctoral research, titled Building Agency Through Sensemaking: The Transformational Journey and Identity Development Process of Working Mother Leaders During the COVID-19 Pandemic. This mixed methods constructivist grounded theory study explored how working mothers who were leaders made meaning of disruption, identity shifts, and times of crisis, as well as how they emerged from the pandemic period with greater agency.
I'm proud of my work at University of San Diego, where I serve as a lead facilitator at the University of San Diego's Conscious Leadership Academy and am an instructor in USD's Leadership Coaching Certificate Program.
At the center of everything I do is a commitment to presence, curiosity, and care. If you’re ready to learn, feeling stretched, standing at a crossroads, or simply sensing that something is ready to shift, I’d love to connect and explore what working together might look like.
