Across all these roles, one thread remains constant—her unwavering focus on connecting deeply with people. Whether coaching executives, facilitating transformative conversations with leadership teams, empowering mothers to reclaim their sense of agency, or guiding students toward becoming compassionate coaches, Lynn thrives on helping others find clarity, confidence, and connection in their personal and professional journeys.
With over 20 years of experience across adult education, human resources, and leadership development, Lynn has honed a talent for creating learning experiences that inspire authentic growth and meaningful change. Her approach blends strategic partnership with a deep understanding of human and organizational behavior, which helps her clients navigate complexity with new insights and renewed purpose.
Lynn is the Co-Founder of Moms Rising, a movement created to support working mothers as they navigate their many roles, claim their power and voice, and enact greater agency over their daily life. By creating “a village” and learning together, Moms Rising invites working moms to discover the wisdom within themselves — and rise beyond their struggles to lead the lives they choose.
Lynn is a lead facilitator for the Conscious Leadership Academy (CLA) at the University of San Diego (USD), and she also shares her expertise as a part-time instructor at the USD’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, where she teaches aspiring coaches the foundations of leadership coaching. With an emphasis on self-awareness and empathy, she guides her students to develop skills that can open up new possibilities, both in their clients and themselves.
